Not the quality you would expect from a bag that costs more than 2.5k. The brand name is falling apart, there is pulling on the bag strap and the chain hook are actually different shades is gold. After getting in touch on Instagram also u don’t hear back from them about the quality issue u are facing. An extremely disappointing experience.
